Paul Davis

I in the summer of 2015 (late june) had a panel of my roof blown off in a wind storm. I through USAA my insurance company was recommended Paul Davis as one of there preferred vendors. I regret that decision as after firing them and finding my lockbox pre-loaded, subpar work and shotty carpentry I just as of March 2016 have completed 90% of the work and my kitchen is fully usable after almost a full year of hell with this company. Chris there field rep is completely dishonest and avoids phone calls at the slightest bump or being called out on a lie. I still have falling vents, shotty paint and drywall work, falling apart bedroom and closet doors(instead of buy shortened door for track they got down a full size down and has fell apart), bouncing woodfloor and a gas line to a fireplace that is 15" long and flexible right through drywall no grommet or safety codes met. Anyone who would consider using this company please head my warning and reach out to any of the other several reputable companies in the Toledo area. AND TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, after arguing with my insurance company and ducking there phone calls for several months (October 2015 through February 2016) my insurance company was finally able to settle the dispute and get me the money to reimburse myself for the $10,000 I spent correcting and finishing Paul Davis work. Paul Davis then sends me a bill stating this is the final attempt to collect $7,800 (first letter I ever received). They are threatening to send me to collections and I have contacted an attorney and plan to go to 13 ABC Call to Action to stop this frivolous company from trying this on any other helpless consumer. They held me and my home hostage for MONTHS and after all this have the audacity to send me a bill for false charges. Please do yourself a favor and STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM PAUL DAVIS!

They were very helpful and professional. Zach made sure anything that I saw that needed fixed was repaired. In the time of the COVID-19 pandemic the repairs to our home was done in a timely manner.

Came out put a super small tarp on, wrong I mite add. I could have bought for less than $10 and are charging me $264.00 after being here for 6.4 minutes. Never sent a bill then ad in finance charges for being late.. Never do business with these crook's..

I experienced sump pump discharge pipe separation, with subsequent drenching of my basement carpet. This particular crew arrived very quickly and mitigated the problem in thorough, and professional form. Highly recommended!
